i5 4690K with Hyper 212 Evo OC

I will receive my 4690K with my Z97-A soon. I currently have a Hyper 212 Evo along with a Noctua NF-F12 in a push configuration. I want to overclock the 4690K (maybe to 4.5 Ghz), but I'm wondering if it's worth it to spend $140-$150 for the H100i plus another Noctua fan (I want it to be quiet). Should I wait to purchase the water cooler, or will I be fine with the Hyper 212 Evo?

The 212 Evo is very capable, but I don't think you'll get 4.5ghz with it, BUT if you are asking is it worth even $50 more dollars to get an additional 200ish mhz overclock, the answer is absolutely not. You'll never notice the difference between 4.3ghz and 4.5ghz anyway.
