Changed FX-8120 CPU voltage, system won't POST or load BIOS

I was following along this guide: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/688663-Bulldozer-Overclocking-Guide-(Performance-Scaling-Charts-max-OCs)LN2-Results-co
I got to the part where you decrease the CPU voltage until the system fails to post, but my motherboard does not seem to be recovering from being undervolted. There is nothing displayed on the monitor. What should I do? As stated in the title, I have an FX-8120 and an ASRock 990FX Extreme3.

Reset BIOS either by BIOS jumper, or remove BIOS battery for a few minutes, if you are not comfortable moving the jumper. MAKE SURE PC IS UNPLUGGED while doing so.
