  1. No.Maybe on the lowest of low of settings.
  2. http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

This website can tell you if you can run it, just select Watchdogs under the games and let it scan your PC specs and it will tell you what component is not meeting the minimum requirements for the game.
  3. Well......you cannot run the game.
  4. Not even dead rising 3 .??
  5. And also suggest a better alternative of pentium cheap and good
  6. The game requires at least 6GB RAM for low settings so i am sorry but you wont be able to run it without frequent crashes and major lag issues.

Cheap alternatives: Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad

A slightly more modern alternative would be something like a "Intel Core i3 4130"

Also have you considered maybe overclocking your CPU? depending on what cooler you are running you might be able to squeeze abit more juice out of it.

    Good luck...

Have a look at the game debate link - where do you think any pentium will fit in?
  9. Is Intel i3 4130 a better option for watch dogs with gt640 h 4gb ddr2 ram
  10. IF you upgrade your cpu you will need new mobo and ram
  11. Get a quad core (i5 or i7) Intel CPU or 8 core AMD FX CPU. With a motherboard, cooler and ram to suit.
  12. What about core 2 quad 8400 it supports my pegatron IPM31 motherboard and will gt 640 be compatible with it .??
