Price check my Gaming Desktop PC

I plan on posting the computer on craigslist so I was hoping to get a price check and maybe some craigslist tips for selling a PC, I will look for a friend to sell it to first because that is always easier but any help is greatly appreciated.

    I would expect to get maybe $450 for the PC, $550 with the monitor. List it at $700 and the first person to offer your $500, take it.

    You will ALWAYS make more money parting it out and this is always recommended.
