DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION Error... Super annoying, need a fix that will permanently fix it

So ever since I first ever booted my computer (which i built), I have been getting these DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION errors. They are so annoying, and I have been looking for a fix, but none have worked. Here are my specs:
Intel core i3-4130
EVGA GTX 660
8GB Hyperx fury ram
Seagate barracuda 1TB HDD
MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate
EVGA 500 Watt PSU

Also, no matter what, It always happens when i click the multiplayer button on minecraft. So if anyone knows, I will be insanely.... like.. Happy. Yay.

Watchdog timers are used to make sure that hardware is running correctly. A watchdog violation usually indicates hardware failure.

If it was a hard disk drive failure it would most likely prevent you from installing Windows (unless it's a separate hard disk drive)

No idea. Take a look a the rest of the crash info next time it happens. It should tell you what caused it.

Do you mean the dump file? Also, it would always happen when he would go into the minecraft multiplayer tab. We tried to update the HDD firmware and it froze on a pair of numbers. So we tried again, and it again froze on the same pair of numbers. It seems to happen when accessing certain files, suggesting a hard drive issue.
