Will this CPU cooler fit in my PC Case?

Hi, I'm looking to get a second hand fan cooler, and I want to know if Scythe Samurai ZZ will fit in my PC case.

Scythe Samurai ZZ: http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/cpu-cooler/samurai-zz-rev-b.html

PC case: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4055

My motherboard is a Gigabyte H61M-S2V-B3, with an Intel Core i5 2500 CPU. Also, is my power supply good enough for this fan? I have a Seasonic 430W and Sapphire 7950 Boost Edition graphic card .

That should work. The psu makes no difference when it comes to the fan of the cooler, they all use about the same.
  2. Is there an installation guide?
  3. That works the same way as the stock cooler with push pins so take a good look at that one.

In this guide they show the "how to install" for a push pin cooler,
