Bad luck on the CPU lottery, every cpu can't overclock that much even if they're all the same model.

That is where you are wrong as I recently over clocked it to 4.4GHz but had to reset because I tried to over clock even more to 4.6GHz, and when it was on 4.4GHz it ran perfectly for 2 days with no errors bit now it has errors when I put it back to 4.4GHz, can you please tell me why this is.

What cpu and mobo do you have. And how did you do the overclock did you disable any settings in the bios? And what temps are you getting under load?

Oh it was stable for the entire 2 days? mymymy that is a long time!:D

When you downclocked it, did you lower the voltage appropriately? Or maybe you lowered it too much...
