Graphics card displaying horizontal white lines;no display

I restarted my computer with my Nvidia GTX660 that hasn't had any problems in the last year and all of a sudden these weird vertical and horizontal lines started to appear on the boot. After the bios screen the screen just turns black and there is no image, I have tried to rollback the driver with no success. I also tried a different monitor and that doesn't seem to be the problem either.I used onboard graphics and that's the only way I can log on to my PC.

Graphical glitches like that are usually a sign of a faulty gpu, especially if your machine is confirmed stable removing the card and booting with onboard graphics. Your best bet is to replace the GPU.
