HELP ! Computer turns on , nothing on the screen , power button blinking (Flashing).

I recently changed some PCI settings on the BIOs and when I applied the settings and tried to turn on the computer this problem occurred. I friend removing CMOS battery but that didn't helped. The beep sound comes all the fans are working. Can anyone help me please. I'm pissed.

Update : I removed my GPU and turned on the pc with inboard graphics then it turned on normally but stucked @ the Motherboard logo.

Boot with built-in GPU and enter into BIOS. Load the default values/setup and then restart.

Still it stucks] motherboard splash screen for about a minute.then says "checksum error defaults loaded" and then windows started.
  4. This error indicates that the system has been restored to default factory settings. Now remove CMOS battery. Keep it out for 5-10 minutes and then plug it again.

    Error would be resolved.
