PC crashing while playing games

Hello, so I have a problem that prevents me from playing or even surfing the net for about 1 year.
The problem is that, then I play games, later it becomes not responding and my screen is turning in all colors :D, also my pc makes some terrible noise then crashing.

This is how it looks like. ^

I bought my pc 2 years ago, first month it was going very well, I can play games very good, no crashes and freezing or lag, one day my friend asked me for help to find a driver for him, so I searched for a driver in GOOGLE (I was silly) and later I got a virus and it was from the driver which I downloaded, I cannot delete the virus, the games began to crash, so I rewrited Windows 7, that helped for about 1 day :D.

I am updating my video card then update is new, I am cleaning the dust from pc, but nothing helps at all.

PC specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 3.4 GHz
Ram: 4Gb
GPU: GTS450

Thank you for reading and sorry for bad English :)

Is your CPU overclocked? Is it overheating? Boot in safe mode and do a virus scan.

No I never overclocked my CPU. My PSU is 450W, I don't think my CPU is overheating.

Try wiping your hard drive and do a clean install again. Only download drivers from official sites. Also, uninstall current drivers and install new ones. Tell me if that helps before we talk about wiping.
