A system with a single gtx 660ti, the total power while gaming wont break 350w. So, with two gtx 660ti, it would peak around 500w.

Yeah, as said above, a pair of 660s in SLI will run you around 450w at load when gaming. The Toughpower is a great power supply, and would definitely handle that.
