Help! Wanting to build a Gaming PC under $700, please have patience for i am new too the PC gaming scene.

I have just decided to get a gaming PC because of all the benefits that come with it. I will be doing basic stuff like homework including gaming. I am hoping to play games at medium to low settings (would be nice to play them at higher graphics but i want to stay in price range) and i will be playing games like League of Legends, Skyrim, and most steam games. A list of parts or tips for building would be nice for beginners. I already own a really good monitor (Asus 24", 2 ms, 1080p) so it is not required that i get another. Thanks so much in advance for the help!

changing the CPU brand means changing the mother board
    core-I3 is dual core (2-cores)
    AMD FX-8320 is octagon-core (8-cores)
so the AMD is more better, you just need a better PSU, and a motherboard with socket AM3+
  5. You can have amd for budget
But if you want to play gta 4 or battlefield 4 chose intel
