"Store Broker" high CPU usage

I noticed my new rig was running slower than usually on boot, I checked the task viewer and found "Store Broker" using up 17% of CPU, I've scoured the internetz and found no solutions, just people who constantly tack "Yup me too" onto a thread.
So is this? And how do I get rid of it?

I had read that earlier after I tried a bunch of different things. I recall someone saying it only worked for a bit, but it's still working for me.
    Honestly, what a f*k up.
