PC dont boot by first time. FX 8320 OC

Hello , my settings
Fx 8320
Gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p

--------------------------
Cpu ratio : 20x (4ghz)
Voltage : 1.35
And there was feature Cpu unlock, i enabled that.

And my pc dont boot by first time.
I press on button after 2-1 sec pc shutdowns, and then boots again.
What i have to do?

  1. the 970 chipset is poor for overclocking, and though it is a marginal overclock with one of the best 970 boards around for OC, this happens with AMD's 8-core CPU's sometimes. You'll have to refer back to stock settings and maybe try an even smaller OC.

    I hate this kind of answers, when i go through all internet. Everyone says its good cpu , mobo for oc. And then someone : its bad.

    Solution: I disabled cpu unlock. Everything is ok.

    sad to say, but it is true, it is a good 970 based motherboard for OC, but for anything over 4.4Ghz, don't even bother, it is a fact.

    Thats ok, i dont really want go over 4.4
