More about moving build case setup advice
  1. Heat gel (TIM) Arctic Silver
For gaming an i5 4670k: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=187_1490&products_id=23495 (Aussie price)
    And mobo:MSI Z87 Gaming: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_1491&products_id=23721 (Aussie price)
The mobo's UEFI will control most of what you want - fans, etc
Your RAM needs to work with the mobo.
    12GHz? Are you nuts!!!!!

Sorry - I thought it'd be under $200 in the US but its $239 at newegg.
Maybe try a i5 4570 US$199. It doesn't overclock so you won't need a Z87 mobo. Use could use an 85 mobo - cheaper again.
