First Time CPU Overclocking Help!

It's my first time overclocking and I know the basics, but definitely not enough to confidently overclock! I'd like some advice on a good speed to OC the CPU to, and what sort of temperature would I be getting on a) idle and b) load? I'll give my specs as best I can, and if I miss anything don't hesitate to ask!

Specs:
-Intel i5-4670k @ 3.8GHZ
-Gigabyte Z87X-SLI MB
-VTX3D R9 280x 3GB
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHZ
-1TB SATAIII HD
- Xigmatek Dark Knight Nighthawk CPU Cooler
-Windows 7 Professional
-Corsair Carbide 500R
-Corsair GS700W
-Fans (All Corsair PWM); 2x120mm front intake, 200mm side intake. 120mm rear exhaust, 2x120mm top exhaust.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks

Zach

A thing that a lot of people don't do initially is the Prime95 runs which is very important, you can achieve crazy OC's with a 4670K but you must make sure they are stable.
