How do i overclock an Athlon II x4 640?

My Stock CPU Settings:
Core Speed: 3013 MHz
Multiplier: x15.0
Bus Speed: 200 MHz
HT Link: 1004 MHz
Core Voltage: 1.328 volts

Motherboard:
Gigabyte M68MT-D3

Memory:
NB Frequency: 2008 MHz
DRAM Frequency: 669 MHz
Fsb:DRAM: 3:10
3.25 GB Ram

I was just wondering what my settings would have to be to overclock to 3.5 GHz. I have a stock CPU cooler, but might be getting a better cooler. Also my system is 32-bit, don't think that really matters.
Help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

32 bit only deters the amount of RAM that you can use at once, which is 3.6. And in the BIOS, there are options to increase output voltage and CPU clock speed, those are your overclocking options. Bumping the processor from 3 GHz to 3.5 wont necessarily need a voltage increase though.

Thanks, I just wondering if anyone knew the settings to overclock my CPU. I knew there where limiting factors for a 32-bit system but I was not sure what they where, thanks for clearing that up!
