Why can't be get the radeon r7 and r9 cards with the amd style coolers?

When amd first announced these cards I was sold and half the reason was because if those awesome looking coolers they came with. It appears that review units that got sent to major reviews had these coolers but consumers never got them in their hands. The only cards I can find with the stock and coolers are the 290s. Has anyone seen these coolers be sold for consumers anywhere?

  1. The reference cools do look nice but sorta suck. lol. There is a reason Asus, Saphire, etc, cram 3 fans on a card, it's because it sort of needs it to keep them cool and overclockable.
  2. My 290x needs the aftermarket cooler it heats my room up at night mining, I could not sleep with the stock cooler A.K.A. "the leaf blower".

Probably with the 290x, because it's super clocked, but the 270s and 280s would have less cooling problems and not turn the cooler into a "leaf blower", making it actually usable
