NKRO over USB not working

why can't my keyboard switch from 6 key to NKRO ? maybe i'm missing something ? also i can't seem to change the polling rate.. the NKRO ,6key, and polling rates are all FN keys .. other FN keys seems to work fine (CMstorm quickfire ultimate)

look on the box does it say Nkro ps/2.
coz a lot of boards only do it over the ps/2 and max out at 6 keys on usb.
if your board has a ps/2 plug then use that to get NKro

in that case plug in the usb and hit the FN key(next to your right Alt GR) along with Insert or delete to enable or disable NKro.
FN+INS or FN+Del

i tried .. even opened notepad typed a few keys then tried the FN+del/ins .. the del and ins keys do what they do regardless if the FN key is held down or not .. same for the top keys on the numpad, the {numlock}/,*,- .. i still type in a "-" sign even when i press FN + -

sounds like it may be faulty then... email cooler master and see if its a known issue. they should reply within 48Hours.
