Motherboard upgrade / replacement

I have a old Dell vostro 200. I just got a quad core processor for free at recycling at the place I work. And my Dell didn't accept it. Based on my research I found out that it doesn't support quad core processors. I am thinking of buying a new motherboard. The question I have is will this board fit in this case? What I basically mean is the connections such as the power SW switch and Hdd Led light. I know these will be different. Is there anyway I can fix another motherboard on the same dell vostro 200 case?? Please suggest and help..

Case is standard mini ATX, 300 watt PSU.

I can see that you are trying to save $$, but with new motherboard you will need new Win OS, unless you find Vostro 200 motherboard which supports Quads - there is such - foxconn G33m03. In this case you can you your WIn OS serial.
