PC boot up issues.

So I built my own PC. But I'm having issues with the BIOS boot up. The parts I have are here. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2dSeI (Except case which is a diablotek EVO atx mid tower) Everything inside runs. But the BIOS won't come up.

What do I hold down to get the BIOS? And there's no display when I hit the power button. Along with when I plug in a keyboard it doesn't light up or anything when I hit caps lock, etc
  3. Hello... your motherboard has step by step instructions on installing/building and getting into the BIO's... Please start there... if you have on-board graphics CPU, remove your graphics card and connect to the Motherboard there first, when doing a new build... set your monitor for the correct cable type and input.

The keyboard works fine in my family PC and I've tried using every possible USB slot and they wont make it work.
