Looking to replace a 550ti in the next seven months

Hey guys, I'm fairly experienced with computer stuff but I want to here some opinions. I'll lay down what my system is now and how it came to be. I bought a CyberpowerPC GUA250 July of last year which I regret because I've practically rebuilt it due to the power supply failing and the mother board being a cheap piece of garbage. so here are my current system specs. Yes I know I'm bottlenecking.

Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula z
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: 1333 MHz (8GB 2X4Gbs) Cas of 9
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 550Ti 2GB Edition

So here's my dilhema; I want to play games in 1080 with most of the settings on high or even Ultra and I'm talking about games like BF4 or BF3. I know you might say the Titan or 690 but I was wondering if there's a card out there that's cheaper and I could get the same performance out of if I did overclocking but overclock it so that it's in a safe range. I know my PC could run much better if I had a more powerful card in it and maybe even faster RAM.

Grab two of those, overclock, and play every game you want at ultra settings.

Performance will exceed that of the Titan or the GTX 690.

The reason why I recommended two HD 7950's instead of two GTX 760's is because the HD 7950 gains more performance than the GTX 760 via overclocking and thus becomes the faster card.
An overclocked HD 7950 rivals an overclocked GTX 670. Not 760.

You also get 6 games for free, which is too hard to pass up.

I didn't see that i was posting in the UK version of toms hardware.
In the UK, there's no question about it, the GTX 670 is the best choice.

Grab this card and don't look back.
It's overclocked out of the box, so you don't have to tinker with it.
Performance is on par with the GTX 770.
