  4. To say I was impressed by the Phanteks PH-TC12DX’s performance is an understatement. Using both fans, the heat sink is able to perform better than the larger HE01 and also manages a better position than the recently reviewed H80i. I tested the cooler with one fan as well to get a better understanding of how much impact the additional air flow has. When using one fan I mounted it the standard way by pointing it through the heat sink and towards the rear of the case. Even using only one fan the PH-TC12DX performs exceedingly well.
