Which is better for overclocking to 4.5Ghz or 4.8Ghz?A Intel i7 3930K or a Intel i5 4670K?

I'm going to use Dual EVGA ACX GTX 780s (2 Way SLI GTX 780),This is gonna be used for gaming,I'm going to use a 2560x1600 or a 2560x1440 Monitor,I'm gonna be playing on 2560x1600 or 2560x1440 Resolution,And I'm gonna be playing on Ultra Settings.I'm going to be playing games like The battlefield Series,The Far Cry Series,The Resident Evil Series,The Mass Effect Series,The Elder Scrolls Series,The Saints Row Series,The Assasins Creed Series,The Mirrors Edge Series,The Bioshock Series,The Medal Of Honor Series,The Grand Theft Auto Series,The Hitman Series,The Batman Series,The Dead Rising Series,The Crysis Series,And Many Other Big AAA Games. The Specifactions I'm looking the right CPU is A CPU that can overclock to 4.5Ghz or 4.8Ghz,A CPU that can put all those games on ultra settings,A CPU that is future proof for maybe a couple of years,A CPU that will put all those games on ultra settings and will have over 60 FPS,And A CPU that won't get so hot even with a expensive Liquid Cooling or Fan Cooling System. Also forgot about the links had to edit it but here are the links:Here is the GTX 780 it is a EVGA ACX GTX 780 (Remember i'm gonna use to of these) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130943

A 3930K for many reasons. One of which is the fact that the IHS doesnt use TIM and uses fluxless solder instead.
