Help me pick out some monitors please!

I'm looking to upgrade from my two crappy toshibia 19" monitors that I am using now that are both about 4 years old. I am hoping to upgrade to two 19"-21" monitors (if my computer will support it). I'm running 4th gen i7-4770 with 16GB DDR3 SDRAM and a nvidia geforce gtx 650 Ti 1GB (note that I will be upgrading to the gtx 760 or 770 in the near future if that matters). If anyone knows of a monitor that's within the size limit and is around $200 that would be awesome! It doesnt need to be an awesome monitor just something like 1920x1080 with 60Hz and <5ms response time that would be awesome!
