Best Graphics Card for my System/PC?

I want to buy a new graphics card for my PC, but most that i've looked out seem to have some reason why they won't work with my PC, can someone please give me a suggestion for the best on for my specs?

Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5-3330 3.00GHz
RAM: 8.00GB
HDD: 1TB
Power Supply: 300w
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Monitor: 1680x1050, DVI connection

if u want a decent graphics card(GPU) u WILL need a new PSU.
and give your motherboard model too.
and your budget

Could you also recommend a PSU to best go with the graphics card, i don't know too much about the difference between one PSU and another (other than the output size)!
