upgrades for an over all good pc with the one i have without spening alot of money

please i dont want to spend alot for a new computer and would like to upgrade the one i have here are the specs i would like to open it up to playing more of the games that are out there the pc i bought refurbished so the site wont allow me to download upgrades that are out there
here are the specs to my emachines 1331 03 w the computer is working fine for now

upgrade motherboard, upgrade processor, upgrade RAM, upgrade video card, OS, what the psu?

Your on a budget and you need a video card. Check to make sure you have a PCI-e slot in the motherboard and post your power supply.

honestly you don't have much room to upgrade, especially to play modern games.
what's your budget? you probably are better off starting a new build if you have 4-500 to spend

Without a PCIE x16 slot and with a 220W power supply you need new build, you can keep your drives to save a bit.
