AMD to cut Athlon, Duron prices
According to The Register (Biting the hand that feeds IT), Advanced Micro Devices Inc. will cut prices on a whole range of the company's microprocessors within a few days. The discounts are scheduled on August 14 to upstage an Intel launch the same day.
