AMD subpoenas CEO of NEC
Chip firm AMD has reacted to objections NEC USA made to subpoenas by issuing another one to its president and CEO, Hirofumi Okuyama.
As AMD had already issued subpoenas to NEC USA and other members of the NEC group, because otherwise it wouldn’t have had a chance to object, it’s unclear what the purpose of this additional one, filed yesterday, implies.
