AMD signs Gateway
AMD has signed with Gateway 2000 to collaborate on future PC and system products.
Gateway officials said the decision to diversify its CPU supplier base adds flexibility to its product line and gives Gateway customers greater choice.
AMD now boasts nine of the top 10 worldwide PC vendors as customers for the AMD-K6-2 processors. AMD's web site is located at http://www.amd.com .
