AMD said to consider extending 333MHz FSB standard to Athlon XP 2600+
Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is reportedly planning to introduce the 333MHz FSB (front-side bus) standard to its Athlon XP 2600+ and the 0.13-micron-process Thoroughbred core to its entry-level Athlon XP 1700+ in an attempt to strengthen the company's overall product lines.
