AMD aiming for 30% market share with its quad-core server processors
AMD’s goal is to reach a 30% share in the quad-core server market in 2007, sources at the company recently revealed. When AMD increased its share from 10% to 20%, the low volumes needed, made the task relatively easy to achieve, noted the sources.
