Silverstone Makes Super Dense, Compact Al Case
A stylish, innovative way to cram your PC stuff.
Looking for a full featured, powerful computer but you don't want to have to deal with a big, clunky case? Silverstone was showing something off at Computex that is absolutely insane when it comes to component density.
Silverstone calls it the FT03, or the Fortress, and it's both stylish and ingeniously designed – or an absolute nightmare if you're a modder.
The Fortress can pack in a micro-ATX system complete with an ATI Radeon HD 5970, multiple hard drives (including two that are hot swappable) and a handful of fans to keep air moving rapidly in the cramped space.
The elongated square form is made up aluminum, giving it a fairly stylish exterior. We could spend time explaining every detail, but this case is better relayed through pictures.

This looks cool and will save a lot of space, but I wouldn't put a 5970 in there, put aside a 480. Nor would I overclock my CPU.
After all, even with a large number of high airflow fans, cooling will still be impaired. Too many components too close to each other will simply transfer their heat to each other and to make things worse, block airflow as well.
So this would be a brilliant Micro-ATX case for mid to low end systems that don't generate excessive heat. That's new...
I won't build anything more than a high end net-top into it.
That 1st pic looks like a stealth Paper Shredder case mod !
Now you can cunningly hide your work PC in any office environment ~_^
Looks like a tall Mac G4 Cube, only not as well designed or built.
Looks like a Mac but it's a cool case.
