ALi begins to ramp M1689 single chips for K8 processors
Taiwan chipset maker ALi has started mass production of its M1689 single-chip solution for the Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) K8 processor lineup, including AMD Opteron, Athlon 64 and Mobile Athlon 64 processors, according to company sources.
