Acer's17-/19" LCD with 4 video entries
Acer has announced (in Japan) the arrival of 2 PC LCD screens, the AL1932 (19") and the AL1732 (17"). They are particular in the sense that they have 4 types of video-in connectors : DVI, D-SUB, RGB and S-Video. A button below the screen will allow you to switch between the different modes. The screens support a resolution SXGA up to 1280x1024, a refresh rate of 12ms, a contrast ratio of 500:1 and a brigtness of 400cd. It also comes with 2 integrated speakers. I like the design quite a lot, and the 19" will cost 433 EUR, whereas the 17" is yours for 360 EUR. They will be available from August 10th onwards.
