Acer HD DVD notebooks with Nvidia chips launched
Nvidia today announced that the Nvidia GeForce Go GPUs with PureVideo HD technology is incorporated in HD DVD movie playback in three Acer notebooks - the Aspire 9110, the Aspire 9510 and the Aspire 9800. "With the Acer Aspire 9800, 9510 and 9110 series, our goal was to create notebooks with HD DVD movie playback quality that rivals living room players.
