Gov. Rod Blagojevich successfully achieved national attention Thursday for his call to prohibit the sale or rental of violent and sexually graphic video games to minors, but he faces a tougher time keeping courts from voiding such a ban.
Several courts, including the federal appeals panel in Chicago, have declared such laws unconstitutional because children are entitled to First Amendment rights.
