Final Thoughts
The combination of Symbian OS’ versatility and the relative ease with which applications can be produced has led to a plethora of programs, ranging from the handy to the practically indispensable. Those listed above are some of the most useful, but there are a myriad of other Symbian applications available.

I looks like you completely forgot Mobipocket Reader (www.mobipocket.com). It supports all Symbian phones, is pretty nice and it is the only reader that will give you access to all the real ebooks: Da Cinci Code, Michael Connelly, Stephen King, Michael Crichton ...
(to be fair, I must mention that I am CEO of Mobipocket.com, but check your research, Mobipocket is the #1 mobile reader out there)
Another handy app just released is TextQuick from http://www.mind-flip.com/. It speeds up text messaging by listing your contacts by popularity, really suprising that this isn't in the default S60 UI.
I have just installed the TextQuick app also - really make my life so much easier. Just goes to show that the simplest ideas are often the best. This should defo be on your list Marc.
