Sun Micro to change ticker symbol to JAVA
New York (NY) – Sun Microsystems will change its Nasdaq symbol from SUNW to JAVA on Monday. During the dot-com boom, the company heavily championed its JAVA programming language as THE way to write applications for many computers.
