Image Preview: Starcraft 2
Starcraft is still seen as one of the most perfectly balanced real time strategy games available, and continues to enjoy an online following that shames many newer releases. During Blizzard’s BlizzCon convention, fans were given an opportunity to see Starcraft 2, the upcoming sequel to the acclaimed RTS.
Blizzard has been fairly open about additions to the game ; all three of the races will feature new units, but there won’t be a fourth race added. As yet Blizzard is tight lipped on a release date, saying instead that the game will have to meet the company’s high standards before it can be released.
