Sony's upcoming Sony Tablet S device has finally hit pre-order status in the United Kingdom. Officially launched last week at IFA (but first unveiled back in April), the Sony Tablet S is the company's first tablet device and runs the Honeycomb 3.1 build of Google's Android OS.

The Sony Tablet S boasts Nvidia's dual-core Tegra 2 CPU, an 9.4-inch touchscreen, 1GB of RAM, up to 32GB of storage, a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera, a front-facing 3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, and is fully PlayStation Certified.
