Finnish security firm F-Secure has warned that open platforms like Symbian in smartphones are turning into a security challenge with increasing instances of malware attacks.
The MetalGear.A virus, one of the latest batches of viruses that were distributed masked as a pirated version of a popular game for mobile phones, has been considered as a ’Proof of concept’ for future deadlier viruses.
