Westminister City Council has launched a new service, which they like to cal SatLav, a mobile phone service covers the 8.5 square miles of Westminster.
Basically, it’s a full listing of all the loos in Westminster. You text SatLav to 80097 and they text you back with a list of the all the toilets in the area and their opening times (since when do toilets have opening times ?).
The service is aimed at everyone and anyone (after all, everyone has to use the toilet, right ?) and the kind hearted people at Westminster City Council say that they hope the new service ensures no one is ever “caught short” again. Heaven forbid people should pee before they leave the house.
