Royal Wedding To Be Broadcast On YouTube

by - source: Telegraph

With all this coverage, there’s no chance you’ll miss it.*

Though thousands are expected to line the streets on the morning of Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding, there will be plenty of people watching the event from the comfort of their own home, too. Today, one more way to watch the royal wedding was announced.

The event will be streamed via YouTube thanks to the official channel of the British monarchy. The Telegraph reports that Google will also be running a live blog, which will be synchronised with the live footage, providing viewers with commentary and links to additional information on key moments of the wedding service as they happen.

If, for one reason or another, you won’t be able to tune in on television or YouTube, you can also catch constant updates on events on Twitter, Facebook and flickr, as St. James’ Palace plans to host a dedicated social network for the day.

The whole thing kicks off at 10am London Time and will finish up at 2pm, when Prince William and Princess Catherine will appear on the balcony at Buckingham Palace. If you can't wait until April 29, the royal channel has already built up a library over 260 videos, including interviews with the makers of the wedding cakes and clips of the Chapel Royal Choir preparing for the big day.

*And you’d never want to miss it, right?

:D

Having royalties in 21st century is such lameness! Come one these assholes are just people like any other.
They do not deserve any special attentions. Royalties have never done anything for their people but exploit them. Just look at 19-20th century European history millions died for what because some cousins had royal disagreements! All royal families in Europe were relatives and millions of lower class people died for their fun!

^ If you want to criticise I suggest you at least learn some basic history first. The British monarchy never had the power to take the country to war in the 19 and 20 centuries. Where is your source for saying the royals had people die 'for their fun'? There are plenty of good arguments against having a royal family (and for as well) - why do you feel the need to make up your own fantasy reasons and then inflict them on us?
