This Isn't A PC, It's a Robotic Monster
This PC mod looks like something ripped out of The Matrix.
Russian website Casemods.ru is featuring a beast of a machine called “Monster,” a custom PC mod pulling its overall design from cyberpunk-themed science-fiction. The layout reportedly took over 5 years of planning using AutoCAD 3D and was constructed in the bedroom, as the corner balcony provided the necessary space. Visually it’s overwhelming and impressive at the same time, earning its well-deserved "Monster" title.
Unfortunately actual specs weren’t provided; however based on the modder’s pictures, the Slim-ATX chassis housing the PC components seems to consume only 25-percent of the whole setup. The modder said that his favorite part was the "control panel" consisting of three door peepholes, a furniture hinge, an antennae splitter, cable clamps, plumbing bolts and heating coils, all held up on a table lamp bracket.
Structurally, Monster is comprised of three sections: the lower, middle, and upper. The lower portion comprises of arms made from wall brackets to hold the LCDs, eleven antennae couplers, air hoses, the UPS unit and more. As for the top, it contains the ceiling mount, a bracket for installing the system unit, the actual PC (aka "victim"), and an old trash can for CD storage. The middle section, nicknamed "ridge monster," contains the power supply, water cooling and more.
Head here to see the full image gallery and the Russian translation--it’s quite impressive.
