Opera lauchings update for mobile browser
Oslo (Norway) - Cell phone owners can now download version 9.5 of Opera Mobile, the company’s latest specialized browser that includes Flash support and new website navigation tools.
On the list of features for the new Internet browser are the ability to zoom in and out of pages, a new rendering engine to load sites more quickly, and full compatibility with Flash media.
This makes it the first Opera Mobile browser to be able to play back all videos on sites like Youtube. The software also allows users to download "widgets," which are small applications that show Internet content directly from the phone’s main menu.
Opera Mobile is included in about 100 million phones on the market right now, and is compatible with millions more.
