Apple Store Goes Down, New MacBooks Inbound?
The new MacBook Pro rumors have reached fever pitch as Apple’s website now displays the usual “We’ll be back soon,” Post-It note.
All month people have been speculating about the possibility of refreshed MacBook Pros using Intel’s new Sandy Bridge chips and Light Peak technology. Though Intel’s got it’s own event planned for today (and we’re almost certain it’s a Light Peak event) there’s been no announcement from Apple about a MacBook Pro refresh going down.
Well, this morning things got a little more interesting when the following image appeared on Apple.com:
It’s standard procedure for the Apple store to go down during product refreshes. Now all we have to do is wait for it to come back...
