F.E.A.R. 3's ''F**king Run!'' Multiplayer Mode

WBIE released a new F3AR trailer featuring the multiplayer mode called "F**king Run!"

Forget the old-school deathmatch and capture the flag. Friday Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released a freshly-baked trailer from the upcoming FPS F.E.A.R. 3 (or F3AR, take your pick) showcasing a new multiplayer mode called F**king Run!

This new mode presents an interesting concept: players must to work together to battle enemies while escaping Alma’s wall of death... wall of death meaning a huge monster cloud of ghostly faces ripped straight out of a Dean Koontz or Stephen King story, one that's intent on eating you alive.

Sounds f**king awesome.

As you'll see in the video, it's a Point A to Point B scenario. Players must get to the end of the map (extraction point) while keeping each other alive, trying not to fall prey to the enemies Alma tosses in along the way or fall behind and get caught up in the killer mist. As for the rest of the game, here's the official description that came with the new clip:

F.E.A.R. 3 is a heart-pounding paranormal first person shooter unleashing intense combat, compelling narrative and co-op play that evolves the franchise. Alma returns in F.E.A.R. 3 but this time her sons Point Man and Paxton Fettel are characters available to play in divergent co-op, giving players distinctly different abilities affecting their own play as well as the experience of their co-op partner. Gamers participate in single player or co-op modes as Point Man or as Paxton Fettel, his conniving brother whose incredible telekinetic power has given him life beyond the grave.

F3AR is hitting the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC next month. F**king hell yeah!

fear was my first game when i returned to pc gaming. so i have a long running love hate relationship with it.
the fist games single player was poor gameplay wise but looked the business.
its multiplayer was top draw and kept me playing for over a year.
fear 2 on the other hand had a much improved single player but the lack of server support crippled the multiplayer so badly, i think i played it a dozen times total.
lets hope the 3rd time is the charm. great single player with a top draw multiplayer with servers and a fair ballanced gameplay...

heres hoping...
