Suppliers of small- to medium-size LCD panels are becoming conservative about the second quarter market, as demand from the China handset market has been weaker than expected.Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) has lowered its shipment growth forecast to 2.15% for the small-size segment for the second quarter amid uncertainties in the white box handset market in China.
