Irish Java Technologies Conference opens in Dublin next week
Dublin will play host to the first Irish Java Technologies Conference in over three years next week.
The conference will take place at the Cineworld Complex on Parnell Street in Dublin and is expected to attract over 500 software developers and students to the city.
The 23 lectures by 18 guest speakers will take place between the 7th and 9th of November. Lectures will cover enterprise, web, desktop and mobile development, robotics, and Sun Microsystems’ and Sun Spot project with speakers from a wide range of companies and groups including Iona Technologies, Sun, Apache, Red Hat, Interface21, and Microsoft.
Registration for the event, if done via the Irish Java Technologies Conference website, costs €189 with discounts available for D-JUG members (the Dublin Java User Group) and corporate blocks. Registration at the door costs €245.
